Gregory P. Day
Mr. Day has over 20 years of real estate investment experience. He has managed the investment of several billion of capital in various sectors of the real estate industry. Mr. Day is President of Duxbury Financial LLC, the investment banking affiliate of Clark Realty Capital. Mr. Day received a BS in Finance from Boston College in 1985 and a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment from New York University in 1989. He currently is a member of Real Estate Investment Advisory Council in Boston, the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Tad W. Guleserian
Mr. Guleserian is a Principal of Duxbury Financial LLC, an affiliate of Clark Realty Capital LLC. Mr. Guleserian leads Duxbury Financial’s military housing finance activities, having structured and closed nearly $4 billion in military housing financings. In addition, Mr. Guleserian leads a number of Clark Realty Capital’s asset management activities. Mr. Guleserian has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry with a diverse background of investment banking and financial advisory firms. Prior to Clark, Mr. Guleserian was a Senior Manager in the Financial Strategy Group of Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture). Prior to Accenture, Mr. Guleserian was a Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Chemical Bank (currently JP Morgan Chase). Mr. Guleserian received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Mark W. Conopka
Mr. Conopka is a Vice President of Duxbury Financial LLC, an affiliate of Clark Realty Capital LLC. Mr. Conopka works with Duxbury’s senior staff in underwriting and structuring capital placements. Mr. Conopka has over five years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Duxbury Financial, Mr. Conopka was a Senior Portfolio Analyst in the Asset Management Group at Overland Realty Capital, an investment bank arranging financings between US based developers and foreign investors. Mr. Conopka attended Babson College, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science with a dual concentration in Finance and Economics.
